APPLICATION AND PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION OF PHASE CHANGE ENERGY STORAGE MATERIALS IN ROAD ASPHALT MIXTURES
ABSTRACT
Application and performance optimization of phase change energy storage materials for road asphalt mixtures are investigated. A thermal-mechanical coupling prediction algorithm (HTCPPO) is proposed. It was found that the phase change temperature was 25−40∘C, average potential heat was 180J/g, and 15∘C temperature was 1.2W/mK. After the algorithm simulation, the performance is optimal when the dosage is 10%. The internal temperature change decreases by 35% when the ambient temperature changes by 10∘C, the compressive strength reaches 12MPa (an increase of 20%), and the Marshall stability increases by 25% to 8kN. The algorithm achieves precise optimization and provides a new technical path for road engineering.
