DESIGN AND RESEARCH OF HIGH DYNAMIC RESPONSE ALL-ELECTRIC BRAKING SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
The braking system, as a critical component of aircraft, plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and safety. To address the shortcomings of traditional hydraulic braking systems, such as low control precision, inconvenient pipeline maintenance, and limited system integration, this paper establishes a model for an all-electric braking system specifically designed for drones. By leveraging advanced technologies, including high dynamic response and complex uncertain nonlinear load variable control, a lightweight and compact all-electric braking system with intelligent anti-skid and system status monitoring capabilities has been developed. High-speed ground taxiing tests have demonstrated that the system exhibits high control precision, rapid response, and ease of maintenance, significantly enhancing the flexibility and safety of drones.
