AB - Electrospinning is used to produce polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) nanofibers  under various the ferric chloride (FeCl3) contents. The effect of FeCl3  concentration on fiber diameter is investigated theoretically and  experimentally. A critical value of the concentration is found, below which  fiber diameter decreases with its concentration, and an opposite prediction  is observed when the concentration is larger than the critical value.
